Espania is in her 3rd year of high school.
She was at school in Port-au-Prince Jan 12. She lost eeverything in quake -uncle, id papers etc.
Both of her parents are deceased, and she has no siblings.
She is staying with a cousin in Cap-Haitien.
High School
It costs Starthrower Foundation $660 to sponsor one Haitian to go to high school for a year. This includes school fees, school supplies, uniforms (including shoes, socks, underwear), transportation if necessary, tutoring, drop in centre and hygiene products.
To foster academic success, we also use financial donations to help students with housing, food, medical and dental services, when and as needed.
We are looking for sponsors for our High school students.
Post Secondary Education
We are looking for individuals or groups to sponsor students seeking a post secondary education.
