When students come to us for support, usually with a written letter, they don’t go on the active waiting list right away. We arrange interviews with them where they are to bring birth certificate, last report card, and last school payment card. We take family history, photo, and if time permits, we make a home visit. Then if everything is in order, they make it on this waiting list and they wait in the hope of the chance to pursue their education.
Here are some of the young people waiting for support to continue their high school or post secondary education. It’s too late for most of them to start school this year but some of them can start in the session after Christmas if we can find them a sponsor.
